[ December 13, 2009 ] I just saw the LA Kings play the Dallas Stars with my dad at Staples Stadium. And I'm kind of wondering why I didn't play hockey growing up. haha. Gratuitous violence FTW! Going into finals week now, and getting ready to design the Spring Blackbox shows. I'm really excited, and glad that even though it took four years, I found the direction I'd like to head towards my future career. I'm going to need next year to work on my portfolio, though, and to accumulate some funds so that I can plan for a Masters Program. Currently musing about going back to London...I still think about it every day. I'm coming back to Puyallup on Tues. the 22nd and I'll be in town until Jan. 5th. Anything exciting going on? Sorry for being a shitty friend, this semester has really kicked my hiney. Here's a couple pictures to make up for it? [ October 26, 2009 ] Cut my hair again.  This time its more symmetrical! Almost done with my senior project.  I directed a show comprised entirely of poetry and have been getting really nice feedback. Just aced a super hard paper and got the highest grade in the class. Going to Isla Vista next weekend with a fleet of zombies.  Ah, how time repeats itself. Then to the aquarium to celebrate three years the following weekend.  Time flies! [ August 15, 2009 ] I cut it all off. : )  Feels good. Since it's been a couple months, here's what I've been up to: -Working two jobs: one on campus, one with a Shakespeare festival -Working on my senior project, which consists of compiling student submissions (poetry, prose, lyrics, etc.) and making them into a piece which I will direct. -Getting things ready for the Theatre Arts department at CLU for next year -Eating way too much pizza (Exhibit A: See face in above picture, lol) -Putting a lot of miles on my car -Trying to catch up with friends! Life in a nutshell. haha.  It's not much, but hey!  At least it's something! I just came back from my friend Lauren's 21st birthday party.  She had a barbeque at her brother's house before going out bar hopping, which I had to skip.  It was fun seeing her and a bunch of people I haven't seen since high school. Matt and his family are in town because his cousin, Carl, is getting married on Saturday and they're doing all sorts of funny family reunion-type things up until then.  They (Matt and his immediate family, plus grandma) are coming to my house for brunch tomorrow and I'm supposed to vacuum the entire house.  YAY.   4 comments, reply
